| SERVICE APPOINTMENT|

The most important aspect of choosing a service is expertise and quality service. So far, the choice and negotiation has been left to our clients. The service list had to be filtered out of the appropriate services where there was a free appointment or not. In many cases, this involved multiple turns, sometimes hours of consulting on phone. Now our CallCenter staff will do it for you. Choose the three best times for you and our staff will arrange the reparation or maintenance of your car for you.

What do I need to sign in?

Before calling our Call Center, please have the following information ready.

  1. Date: Select three days for service far apart.
  2. Plate number and type
  3. Brief summary of the problem

| DAMAGE ADMINISTRATION |

The accident, road accident unexpectedly hits the driver, you cannot prepare for it. The Call Center team is close to you and can assist you in filing a claim. The accuracy of a claim can even depend on the payment of a claim. It is important to make each step happen in time.

  • In the event of a collision between two or more cars, please fill out the European Accident Reporting Form (blue-yellow form) or Online Application and call our Call Center to assist you further.
  • If there is no other participant, (a company car was injured while parking),  call the call center immediately.

The Call Center will arrange an appointment with the service and then notify you of the booked service time. On request, our staff can arrange a take-away service and a replacement car service.

NOT APPLICABLE TO SEASONAL TIRE CHANGE
With regard to seasonal tire replacement, you can book an appointment online based on your notification email.
